The shipments are carried by Estafeta, who guarantees a maximum of eight work days to deliver the merchandise. The products are delivered perfectly wrapped for greater discretion. 

The price of the shipment to any part of the Mexican teritory is of $69.00 pesos plus IVA covering 5 kilos of weight. Each kilogram extra will have a cost of $9.00 pesos plus IVA.  Likewise the volume of the product is considered to determine the weight covered, for this effect multiplie the base by height by the fund divided among 6,000.  The result will be the weight to be considered.

Along with his confirmation of purchase you will receive the number of guide of his package, with this number you will be able to track the shipment through www.estafeta.com.mx. Also you can call al 01800-9033-500 of  POST OFFICE to request information.

Refunds

In the event that some of our products presents at moment of the delivery some defect of production THE CLIENT has three work days to report it. Out of this time limit Un Callejón de Amsterdam does not hold responsible by any claim. 

Un Callejón de Amsterdam will return the defect product to the client.  To notify on some faulty product contacto@uncallejondeamsterdam.com. 

In no case there will be refund of money unless the product to change be not found in existence, in whose case nor the postage and handling will be returned.
